will this phone work with net 10 sim card?

According to my research, yes. It works with AT&T, T-Mobile and Net 10. It will also work on [Virgin Mobile in Canada ONLY not US]. The reason these networks use the GSM towers as does most of the world. Sprint, Cellular, Verizon, etc, etc, use cdma towers. For this phone you can just switch between SIM cards to switch to another GSM network provider. I plan to buy a Straight-Talk Sim. I've used them for the last 3 years (on Sprint) and happy with it but looking for better phone and data speed.

Can I buy this phone as it is and use it in Brazil without having to unlock it? I mean, can I just buy, insert the chipo and use?

Marcos, YES you can.  This phone comes from the factory unlocked.  And as long has you have a GSM sim card, then it will work.  We have two types in the USA, one is CDMA  and the other is GSM.  GSM stands for "(Global System for Mobiles)".  And Brazil is GSM, so it will work for you.  I have used this phone in Guam , Philippines, and the USA.  This phone is easy to root also.

This phone comes with only a home changer. It can charge from a standard USB port, so if your car has it - you are okay.

It refers to the phone's build number. I looked at the 
"About Phone" information on my phone, and it was listed at the bottom as the build number. If you have the phone, go to the left hand button, or touch the icon for settings. Scroll down until you see the "About Phone" link and click on that. At the very bottom, you'll find the build number.
