Yes.  It charges via micro usb cord that comes supplied.  The output charger is a usb port, just like the charging brick that your lightning cord plug into the wall with.  To charge the Fremo you plug it into the wall via the charger block that came with your phone.  At 5200 mAh, its over twice the size of your iPhone 6 battery.

I've used it on all my devices including an S3 mini
and tablets, Blue studio 5.5, a China made S4 I even used it as a flashlight w/a USB led light. First
day I got it I charged 4 devices before it needed recharged.It's a good purchase :)

I can't tell you about the iPhone.It will work on any Samsung. I have an S4. This item came charged and I charged 2 android pads and 3 phones it's. Awesome
Then I recharged it :)
