How long does it take to start charging? I plug mine in, it says "quick charging", but still takes upwards of 10 minutes before it actually starts charging- is this normal behavior for this or other qc 3.0 phones?

Mine starts charging pretty much immediately, quick charge should not delay the start of the charging process by very much, mine is charging pretty much immediately with a 2-4 second delay on the quick charge for the phone to detect that the charger is capable of quick charging it.

If you are using the phone while it charges, bear in mind it may be trying to regulate the quick charge while in use to prevent heating issues (I had this problem on older quick charge phones) so it might just be limiting itself to ~1 amp at 5v so just enough to offset heavier usage of the screen.

How is the LTE and the WiFi on this phone?

Take into account that the performance on WiFi depends on alot on the router that you possess and the connection speed you signed up for. Since this is a new phone you shouldn't have any problems. Due to a hardware/software  malfunction in this device I had to send it back for a replacement. From what I have seen from YouTube most reviewers indicate that the phone works perfectly with both T-mobile and AT&T. This device has received great promotion and great reviews so all in all I highly recommend this product.

My understanding is that it has the bands for sprint.  However I don't know if they are activated yet. But I saw a video in YouTube showing the phone working on Sprint.

Yes, according to ZTE it will be. It was on T-Mobile news website.

This product has inventory/stock within the United States. Mine shipped from Newegg's warehouse in City of Industry. This did NOT ship from China/Asia.

I chose Newegg's 4-7 business day free shipping, however since I live in the Inland Empire in Southern California(within 50 miles) I received the phone in just two days with Fedex as the courier!
