is this a fast charger?

This item does not come with a statue. All it is is a phone dock. You will be able to use certain kind of charging cables, depending on if the connector will fit through the hole at the bottom (your van lock the connector into place). If you use a phone that supports fast charging,  you will only be able to use that feature if you have a USB C adapter that you would connect to the end of a micro USB cable, allowing the cable to fit through the hole and then being free to fast charge the phone.  Or, if your fast charging USB C cable's connector is slim,  it could possibly fit through the phone dock's hole and you could do fast charging that way.  The design of this phone dock is more suited for slim micro USB cables and Apple lightning cables.

will this fit the Motorola Nexus 6? the dimensions are 6.27x3.27x0.40.  thank you.

This thing is one of the strangest objects I have ever come across. I thought I was getting a portable recharger. I could have at least used that from time to time.  This thing has a poorly designed clamp that holds the phone end of a USB cable. But it doesn't hold the end very well, and I gave up trying to get it to hold the end in the proper position to charge my phone. It will go in the trash next weekend.
