Will this battery recharge Kindle Fire?

I happen to have a kindle fire HD.  I haven't used it while and it was too dead to even turn on.  So I put in the iconic just for you to answer this ?   It took 2hr and 15 min to take it from to dead to boot up to 76%.  The iconic battery went from around 70%-45% to do this.  I really like the charger works on my Nook Color as well.  Although with Nook color keep in mind you have to use the special Nook cable that they make just for it even though the usb port mini or w/e is a standard fit they did something to make it where you have to buy/use their cable so the addapter doesn't work.  On the Kindle fire HD the stuff that comes with this icanonic works just fine to charge it.

Is the interface USB 3.0 or is it USB 2.0 ?

I have no idea Before I buy I was concern but now I used in I phone 5 and Ipad no problem. I think Power scheme of Usb 2 and 3 same But not sure

Question 3

The Nexus 7 is listed as a compatible device, but then it says no Asus tablets are compatible. The Nexus 7 is built by Asus, so is it or is it not compatible?

It is compatible.  It uses a standard micro-usb port to charge.

They are talking about the Transformer tablets which use a proprietary connector.  I would bet that if you plugged the Acer cable into the 2.1amp connector on the icanonic it would charge but maybe not.

But the Nexus 7 is a go.

wiil this work on a Casio C771 cell phone?

It comes with adapters for mini-USB, micro-USB, and apple (not iPhone5, but the previous adapter).

But honestly, as long as you have a charger cable for your phone that can plug into a USB port on your computer, you should be fine.  You can plug it into the USB port on the iCanonic power pack, and it should work.

How long does this take to fully charge?

When I received the power pack it was already partially charged. So when I plugged it in to charge it full, it only took about a couple of hours for me. I have not tried to charge it from when it is completely drained out.

Question 6

Will this unit keep a Raspberry PI running? 
How long would you estimate it's life?  
The Pi uses 5v at up to 1.5 amps.

Hi, so I have not specifically tried running a Raspberry Pi off of this power pack; however, from what I have read and looking at the specs of both components, I do not see it being a problem. Can't give you a great estimate of life, bc that will depend on your power requirements. I have gone days with heavy usage though, and i would say you should get a solid days usage...? If you have not already read the FAQ's online on this, here it is:

"The device is powered by 5v micro USB. Exactly how much current (mA) the Raspberry Pi requires is dependent on what you hook up to it. We have found that purchasing a 1.2A (1200mA) power supply from a reputable retailer will provide you with ample power to run your Raspberry Pi.

Typically, the model B uses between 700-1000mA depending on what peripherals are connected, and the model A can use as little as 500mA with no peripherals attached. The maximum power the Raspberry Pi can use is 1 Amp. If you need to connect a USB device that will take the power requirements of the Raspberry Pi above 1 Amp then you must connect it to an externally powered USB hub.

The power requirements of the Raspberry Pi increase as you make use of the various interfaces on the Raspberry Pi. The GPIO pins can draw 50mA safely (that is 50mA distributed across all the pins! An individual GPIO pin can only safely draw 16mA), the HDMI port uses 50mA, the camera module requires 250mA, and keyboards and mice can take as little as 100mA or over 1000mA! Check the power rating of the devices you plan to connect to the pi and purchase a power supply accordingly."
