If by "unlock" you mean "how do I get onto it" then its pretty much the same as any other android phone, the top side button on the left as you look at it "turns it on" If you mean "unlock" like use it for any carrier, it comes that way. Just insert SIM card, or at least thats how mine was with AT&T
