Does this wheel have a clamping device to mount it to a table or desk?

YES IT DOES...However, I purchased an aluminum frame device that Thrustmaster and pedal assembly. Can be screwed into the collapsible frame which holds the steering ang braking solidly. It was as little awkward clamped on a table. It didn't feel right nor was it sturdy.

I believe the 220v models are only available on European websites. There is no hardwired switch to change input voltage Its hard wired as 120v or 220v.
