When I plug the charger in my headphones won't charge. Is there a way to fix that?

If you have any other micro USB charging cables (for your cell phone, camera, anything else) you could try plugging it in to that to see if you have a bad charging cable.  
I would also make sure that you use a different method of delivering power through said cable. For example, if you currently plug your charge cable into your Ps4, try plugging the new cable into a different powered USB port on another device or powered  charge plug.  
If both those steps don't work it's unfortunately probably the headset. At which point you should contact Turtle Beach, since it's less than a year old they will replace it if needed. You will have to use another headset while yours is off for repair.  I used a wired Xbox One headset plugged into my DualShock controller port. Any headset with a 3.5mm plug and a microphone will work.
