No, The cameras do not have audio. LV-PD504028 4MP & LV-PD50208 2MP. The NVR has one audio input.

Question 2

Can I use Firefox to access NVR and also view cameras?

You can access the camera(s) and NVR to change the settings using any browser.  However to view the camera image, you need to install the WebComponents.exe plugin, which only appears to work in the Firefox 54.0 32-bit version.  The Firefox 64-bit and other later versions do not appear to work for WebComponents.  To get the 54.0 32-bit version to work for WebComponents plugin, you need to enter about:config and create a new Boolean option named plugin.load_flash_only and set it to false.  You can find the LaView documentation for this by searching "LaView" "plugin.load_flash_only" which will take you to the Mar 10, 2017 LaView Blog titled "Firefox Update fix".

I've not been able to get Firefox 54.0 64-bit, Firefox 56.0 32-bit, or Firefox 56.0 64-bit to work.  If you have the 54.0 32-bit code, Firefox has a nasty habit of doing an immediate update following the install so I've needed to disconnect the ethernet, install, and then turn off the auto-update setting.  Also if your machine has multiple user accounts, you'll need to turn off the auto-update setting for each user otherwise it updates.

where are the specs on the nvr?  will this nvr record (4) 4 mp cameras at once at that quality?

Yes it will record 4 streams at 4mp each. I currently have mine with 4 4mp and 4 1080p all recording fine. Only downside I have found on this system is the viewing angle is very wide on the dome cameras, making 1080p too low of resolution. They still look ok, but 4mp is the only way to go on dome cameras. Bullet cameras are bit narrower viewing angle and look great at 1080p

Question 4

My 4MP cameras don't work. Cat 5e cables are OK.  2MP cameras work perfect.
Do I need to do something special? Please help!!!!!!

Cat5e is what I used.  Just make sure that the IP address is correct.   Don't know how much you know about networking but make sure the the camera that doesn't work isn't trying to use an IP address of a camera that working.  for example if you have two cameras at 192.168.1.100 one of them is not going to work.  You may have a bad camera.  Put one of the others on the same port and see if it works.  Also put a camera that you now working on the port that you're using for the camera that isn't working. will Western Digital Drives work and what is the maximum size per drive allowed ?

Western digital will work. Using a Wd purple 3tb drive right now. Unsure on max size but I believe 4tb per bay for a total of 8 tb.

In the Specifications for LV-KNT982D22D4 I don't see  any camera cables listed such as Cat5, etc., does this bundle include camera cables and if so how long, does it include any operating software or does that come with the additional purchase of a hard drive? Thanks in advance.

Each camera is packaged with 100ft cat 5e ftp. OS is preinstalled on nvr itself along with each ip camera having its own OS. Software is included on packaged cd for installation on a pc, but it is more of a setup disk than an OS.

What is the maximum sized hard drive that this supports? It is listed as allowing two different maximum hard drive sizes, 4TB and 6TB. Which one is correct?

I currently have 3gb per slot, but I think it's 6gb per slot max. This camera system is really good for the 349.99 price I bought it for. Using all dome cameras outdoor. Good night vision, but just make sure the dome screws are tight or else you'll see dome ir flares on your cctv screen.
