Mine also has a Windows 7 sticker on it.  However, it came with Windows 10 Pro.  It's a refurbished machine.  I have bought two of these so far and they work fantastic.

I ordered this PC, everything works great. But the Windows 10 pro is not activated. In the System Information, it says it's can't activate , even though i am connected to internet. any idea?

If anyone else runs into this, the activation key is on the back, just scratch off the spot to reveal the product key.  I almost had a heart attack until I found that, but its all there and all authentic ;)

Is it possible to upgrade the 4GB memory in this model?  Not all All-in-ones are upgradable if it is soldered in.  Fingers crossed this model will allow me to boost it to 8GB!  Any info on this particular model's upgradability is appreciated.

Ye sit is possible to upgrade the RAMs. This model can support up to 16gb. It uses DDR3 1600MHz SO DIMM RAMs and has 2 RAM slots. Hope this helps!

Does this have an HDMI input where I can hook up my PS4?

Hello Josh,

This all in one system does not have any video input port to use the unit as a standalone monitor with a device like a PS4.  You would need to buy a portable monitor like the one I linked below, alongside it an adapter that will convert the only USB C port on the unit to have more USB ports and a HDMI port to connect your PS4.
