does this includes the Screen, keyboard, tower, and mouse?. What about a printer?

Its a all in one desktop. The hard drive and dvd player are all built into the touch screen. It comes with a wired keyboard and wired mouse. Thats it. No tower and no printer. All of the components inside of a tower are all housed inside the monitor. Think of it as a 23 inch windows tablet.

Question 2

Is there a way to mount this to a wall?  I see a cover that goes across the back that looks like where the stand is attached into.  Was curious if this can be removed to mount this to a wall.  Thanks!

There is nothing on the back that would allow wall mounting and there is nothing in the manual about it.  Unless you are planning to use it as a monitor only it would defeat the purpose of an all-in-one, i.e., touch screen, DVD player, USB, HDMI, etc. inputs.

Yes, it should.  They include a wired usb mouse/keyboard (requires 2 plugs for those items)

I would not use this computer to edit video unless you are simply truncating and appending or the video is very low resolution.
The processor is relatively slow as is the disk.
Screen is good, but I would anticipate very slow response.
For email, web, publishing, photo processing it should be fine.

Specifications only show HDMI-OUT Ports, does it include HDMI-IN port? Will i be able to use the display as a monitor by connecting to another laptop?

Yes...it has both in and out....you can output to tv....laptop would work as well although I haven't tried

If you mean how many RPMs the HHD spins at, yes, it is 7200.  I bought an SSD to replace the OEM HHD.  One of the reasons I picked Lenovo is that the HHD, RAM and Optical Drive can be replaced and upgraded.  Hope this helps.
