All of my files go to the SSD not the HDD, consequently games have filed up the 110 GB SSD, how do you get new files to always go to the HDD? Awesome, fast computer except for that.

When you install or save to you drive. Instead of saving to C: drive which is probably your SSD, save to D: drive In the dialog file browser bar that has the address of where your file is being saved i.e. C:Documents and Settings/Users/Desktop etc. JUST HIGHLIGHT AND change "C" to "D" D:Documents and Settings/Users/Desktop. When youre installing something dont just click yes. Click options and select D drive instead C drive.

When connecting a monitor to this, would i need a vga, dvi or hdmi?

The computer has HDMI, DVI, and Display Port on the graphics card. On the motherboard it has HDMI and VGA, but i would not use those as you have the graphics card already.

Will an ASUS Strix-R938X-4G-Gaming Card fit in this System? Thank you.

No idea but I am getting 90+ FPS playing WoW with the card that comes with it.

I notice in the options I can power up the processor if I want, however it does not tell me how much that increases the price. Any information on that?

You need to select an option in all categories, then it will show you the recalculated price.
