Many of the reviews mention lack of cables, no Optical and such. Is this a failure on your part or is the item not supposed to come with this cable? It says nowhere in the description that anything will be missing from the package.

I received all the cables but the optical cable was from monoprice, I think. The problem I had with it was the remote control did not work with the sound bar.
