Does it have enough power to use outside (on a deck at home for parties)?

The Samsung HW-M360/ZA's 200 watts does get loud; however, I, myself, would think it necessary for larger speakers and / or more wattage for anything outdoors - it's superb for a small-to-medium sized room.

No this is a sound bar system. If you want option to add more speakers you will want to use a Surround Sound Receiver.

Will this work with my computer?

This product should be able to connect to your computer through either Bluetooth or with a male-to-male 3.5mm aux cable. If your computer happens to have an optical out port, that would work as well.

It would also be possible to connect your computer to a TV with an HDMI cable, that has optical or 3.5mm aux output, then connect this product to the TV.

It says in the manual that this works with 2017 or later TVs. I purchased my UN55JS8500 in 2016 but since have updated firmware. Will my TV work integrated with this soundbar? I don't want to control the volume through this and all other function though another remote. If that's the case I'll buy a Bose.
