Does this particular watch come with a wristband?

Hey, it does -- the band is also pretty large (I'm pretty big, and have correspondingly larger wrists). It feels like a relatively high-quality rubber band.

Are you wondering if it's like the sony smartwatch 1 that was kind of a clip on thing?

How is the product for people with smaller wrists?

I have small wrists and it's not bad. I would like it to be a little smaller, but it's comfortable. My shirtsleeves sometimes get caught and won't slide over it without me pulling them down, but that's a small annoyance.

I changed out the included rubber band for a leather band which makes the whole thing appear somewhat smaller.

Really my only gripe with the watch is the battery life. I have to charge it every other day.

Does it work with the iphone 5s?

No,it's specifically ,made to work with Sony devices you  have to download their software to connect to phone, and like Samsung it's device specific, especially if you want to use all the features

I want to use the watch for running. Can I use GPS running  apps . and can I use Google maps and navigation?

I don't know that the watch will add much in this respect.

As you can see from teh spec list, it doesn't actually have GPS, however, if you have your phone with you (as you would need to), you could of course have the watch.

If your running app has a companion app for the smartwatch, then it will be helpful... otherwise I can't see the watch making a whole lot of difference.

can it be used for calculating the burnt calories & distance covered during my day?

I have not yet used any of the workout software, but if a feature like this existed, calories would have to be calculated by the watch and at best displayed on the watch.  To say that thus far the interface and functionality of this watch is disappointing would be an understatement.

No. One port only for charging and data transfer.

I am a big guy, how big is the band, can I get bigger bands?

The band is about the size of a normal store bought watch, but yes you can buy a different band for it. The SmartWatch works with any standard 24mm watch band

It will only operate on android because it pairs using an app only available to android.

I use my LG Tone Bluetooth Headset for making calls and listening to music. I have heard that you can still make calls through bluetooth headsets using this watch but can you still listen to music through the headset as well?

I've used my Bluetooth headset for both calls and listening to music with the smartwatch if the music is coming from the phone. You would need a multipoint headset if you wanted to listen to music from a different source than the phone and still stay synced with the phone and watch.
