Does this work on Android devices that are not Samsung?

Since this isn't the Sony watch as someone answered above... the answer is "no" it only works with Samsung phones. In particular the S3, S4, and Note 3 are what it's intended to be used with. In time Samsung may expand that list, but for now that's the list.

Does it work with Note 2, or any other Samsung phone?

The short answer is that it officially ONLY works with the Galaxy line... Note 3, the S III and S 4. That being said, there are unofficial hacks I've seen in android forums that state that some clever fellows have it working with HTC phones and several other Samsung smart phones. However I would say if you're interested in running on anything un-official do your research ahead of time. It's a chunk to spend without hearing first hand reports of it working and knowing exactly how to do it yourself. Some of the hacks can be challenging to say the least.

will it work for the note2?

There is a software update that will allow it to be compatible with the NOTE 2 and the GS3. It is forecasted to be released by Christmas

What is the resolution of the photo's this watch can take? And where are they stored when taken? On the Watch? Or are they sent to your phone?

I'm not positive on the resolution, but when the pics are taken, they can be transferred immediately to your smartphone. You can also choose to store them on your watch and forgo the sync to your smartphone. You have the option.

What is the length of the band?

I am a big guy. I have a LOT of room to spare. I mean a LOT.
