Panasonic's tradition of building high quality televisions continues with the Viera 26" LCD HDTV. A high-quality image is only part of the package. The 1366x768 screen has a 178º viewing angle so everyone in the room can take advantage of the great picture you get from a 3000:1 contrast ratio and a brightness rating of 500cd/m². Backing that up is the Active Light Control System and Active Contrast/Gamma Control System; these adjust backlight brightness and contrast so that each scene has fantastic contrast and detail.
But what good is a great picture if you can't hook anything up? Don't worry, Panasonic has you covered. There are 2 HDMI-HDCP hookups for High Definition signals and a component input. Plus, you get 3 composite, a coax and 2 S-Video ports for a full range of connection options.
