Yes, it is an HDTV, but dont let the 120hz fool you. This is a 60hz hdtv and does not have the ability to use 120hz.

No, it does not. However you can purchase adapters that make any TV a "smart TV", they either plug into an HDMI port or USB port on the TV. They're also sold on newegg

This TV does not have any functions that will allow you to accessing any deceive via a USB connection.

True, it does have a USB port, but it is used only for servicing or updating the TV and only by a qualify Westinghouse technician.

So, if you're thinking of plugging in your Mp3 player, Camera, or phone, forget it, it wouldn't work, and yes, I tried it.

There is; however, a work around, if you care to use it.

Using the TV's  "PC," function, you can access your hand-held device via a personal (or Gaming) computer that is attached to the TV via the HDMI connection or  the Composite Audio/Video.

You attach the device to the computer and you can view and or hear the data on the TV that way, that's what I been doing.

I have an older HP computer with just a VGA plug.  Would this work as a monitor for my computer??  The computer is HP a1610n.

I do not believe so.  You would need a VGA-DVI adapter as the TV has no VGA input, and I believe the video quality would be absolutely awful.

I do not have cable. How do I set this for regular local channels?

Do you mean you do not have a cable subscription?

What you need to do is plug the coax cable into the coax input in the television, and from the settings menu on the TV tell it to scan for channels. Or you can purchase a digital antenna to get more channels.

My question is this TV compatible with genie from direct tv?  I know only Samsung and Sony are but Westinghouse is apart of Sony, so I thought  maybe this tv could pick the single from the receiver wirelessly.  If you know anything please let me know.

Don't see why it wouldn't.  I have the Dish equivalent system and it works great.  The Directv Genie has a device called the Genie mini that hooks to any TV that is not the master device.  All of your remote commands are sent into the Genie and Genie mini to perform all functions.

Can you connect a PS3 or PS4 game system to this TV?

Yes, you can. The cord that is included with the PS3 is a Video + LR Audio (Composite) cord is supported by this TV. It also covers HDMI if you use that port.

Can this TV be wall-mounted?  I don't see any mention of a VESA size and Westinghouse's site is silent about this model number.

I'm looking for a computer monitor/TV that can be mounted on a wall at a kiosk.  Using the stand is not an option, so if it's not wall-mountable this TV will not work.
