Toshiba's REGZA HDTV's PixelPure Hi-Bit utilizes an amazing 12 bits for 4,096 levels of gradation, for more shades of gray and levels of color without banding. Dynamic Contrast and Color Detail Enhancer circuitry combine to continually analyze picture information, enhance those parts of the picture with the most detailed information, and reduce color noise.
