What kind of shape did you guys receive it in? Thinking about picking one up unless it's got scratches all over the place

It works perfectly. Everything is in perfect condition without any scratches or anything. The wifi is a bit weaker than I'd like but if you connect it to a lan cable or have stronger wifi, you shouldn't have any issues. It's not bad, I can watch Netflix for hours it just has mild hiccups.

Does this unit have a Digital Audio Out? Coaxial or Optical?

There is an optical cable output on the back of the tv that you can run to a receiver with an optical input.  It requires a special cord that you can pick up from Radio Shack for $10-15 I think.

Question 3

Will this product come with the necessary accessories to make it operational out of box? I.E. remote control and power cord? I have heard of NewEgg refurbs coming without accessories on occasion.

Yes, mine came with the base and all the screws to attach it as well as the remote and power cord. It was completly functional the day I received it, would recommend!!

can this unit be wall mounted?

Yes, it will mount using most wall TV mounts for larger TVs. Make sure not to get the cheapest mount and make sure to bolt to the wall stud. Hope this helped.

Is it good for gaming? I'm not to serious but like casual BF4 and CS:GO.

I use it to play video games with my Xbox and my PC. It seems to be just fine, though the colors for my PC took a bit of adjustment before the looked right. I really am not a big gamer or super picky about how crisp my games look, so I am not sure I am the best person to ask. :|

what is the warranty?

I believe its only thru Newegg.  A sticker on the back of the unit said there is no OEM warranty since its refurbished.  All claims must go thru the refurb company.  Whoever that is.   Might want to check out Vizio's outlet.  They have refurbs for around the same price and in many cases better pricing.  Best of all they warranty the product since they refurbished it.
