Is this TV VESA mountable?

I'm not too familiar with VESA or mounting in general. However, I searched it up and noticed the TV has the same 4 slots as seen in the pictures. The slots appeared to be 200mm away from eachother from my measurement, which matched one of the plate options. So it may be possible! Hope it helps :)

What picture setting does it default to? What is the best setting? how do you change it?

The TV tuner is always 4K resolution Menu button to Picture to Advanced Settings you get to Aspect Ratios (Wide , Zoom... . Through yout HDMI connections to a computer .. your operating system can change resolution to adviseable settingd. You cannot change this with your TV remote. The TV remove does open up under Picture advance settings and picture aspect= Full 100% Then HDMI Mode will operate at Graphic(4k possible) or Video options(No 4K) Play with the remote menu and OK keys to get to the Picture adjustment options. Remote should be very near screen eye,,,not the most responsive.

Is this Chroma 4:4:4 or 4:2:2 or 4:2:0?

If you're talking about the Yrcbr4:4:4 or whatever it's called, in HDMI 2.0 I know it supports them all and the RGB option, which I like to leave it on for full color mode on Nvidia settings.
