Does this come with WiFi?

Hi! Although this is a nice UHTV for the price it does NOT have Wifi, nor does it have any type of ethernet connectivity. But if you have a nice HDMI source this is a nice monitor for the price! Hope this helps!

Question 2

What is this noise about ROKU? Never used it, never will. I have seen some sites stating that this TV requires ROKU, how in the hell can that be?

Think they mean, this is not a smart tv. I wasn't looking for  smart tv.  Did not want to pay extra for something I was never going to use. Tv is awesome.  Picture and sound are great.  Did alot of shopping. You are not going to find better deal. Only problem I am having is that I haven't been able to program my tivo remote to it. Can't seem to get correct code.

No but purchase a chromecast or fire stick and you are good to go.

How do i get 4k content to this tv?

4K is easy.  Simply plug the HDMI cable into the second, third, or forth HDMI input.  Just don't use the first HDMI input.  That's all there is to it.

BTW, I use this as a large screen computer monitor at 4K resolution and not as a TV, so I cannot comment on how it works as a 4K TV.  As a hires monitor it's very good and I would buy another.

The width of the SCREEN is around 37 inches, as best I can measure. This is not including around 1/2 inch on each side of plastic housing/frame. Height of actual screen is 20.5 inches.

Does it include an HDMI cable, or do I need to purchase a specific one to use the 4K resolution?

It does not include an HDMI cable so you will need to get one. And all HDMI cadles support 4k resolution but remember that the TVs resolution is only as good as the device it's streaming from.

Is this  wifi installed? Smart tv?

Not on this one, I bought this for my younger brother for Black Friday.
It's basic 4k but really nice.  Well worth it.  I'm pretty picky about what my family has/buys/and use.
I will have my family buy these the I know it's not American but they are cheap and I feel well above most that are pricey.
Again not comparing to Samsung or top of line Sony. But still better then a few Sony ones.

Does this unit work well as a TV and a computer monitor?

The TV works well as television or computer monitor. I have it mounted and use it to monitor my facilities productivity, review large spread sheets and power points. The product works well to be a unknown name.

Since this is not a 'smart' tv, can I hook up an Apple TV to it and get Netflic that way?

Yes you can. It has an couple of hdmi slots and a computer vgi interface in the rear. I haven't used the vgi cord, but there is a built in upscaler and it looks pretty good.

A little jerky with video games but not too bad.

any issues with picture because of the amazingly high refresh rate?

The mouse moves a little slower across the screen because of the extreme high resolution. And my computer lags a little because of the resolution,  but if you have a pretty quick computer & a really good video graphics card,   you should be good with this UHD resolution.
