Does this TV have 2 HDMI inputs, like the pictures, or just 1 as in the description? Do the TV's inputs match the pictures?

Yep this one have 2 hd input for me it good right now it 5 month everything still good??

What file formats does the USB port support? Picture? Audio? Video? Any or all?

None, it is only used to upgrade firmware according to the manual. A very nice 24" TV for the money though. Of course then I am from a time in which for the first 8 years of my life I had no TV to watch and then when we got one the broadcasts were only from 4 PM to 11 PM with only 3 channels to watch.
