Can i just use it in my mini tower dell optiplex 780?

While I'm not 100% certain I'd guess that this would not be the best option for the mini tower.  The description states that it's only for the USFF version which is what I have.

I suggest checking out the Dell site under the community tab and search for "OptiPlex 780 MT Power Supply."  The first reply as a list of approved power supplies.  I tried to include a link to this but Newegg wouldn't allow me to do that :-(

What are the connectors on this psu?

As I remember there is a 4-pin connector and an 8-pin connector.  I found the following video on YouTube very helpful for removing the old power supply: "How to Disassembly Dell Optiplex USFF 9020 9010 7010 990"

will this power supply work in place of an F200EU-00?

There are a few different power supplies for these Dell models.  Your best bet is to replace the existing power supply with the model number of the one that went bad.  Trust me....I bought the wrong power supply twice before making sure this is what I did.  We've replaced 3 power supplies in our office.
