Is wall charger included in the box to rejuice the unit?

No, it only came with a charging cable. But i found pretty all usb chargers with a mini usb port can recharge it.

Compatible with S6 Edge?

It's a standard, so yes, it's compatible. It won't do QuickCharge though, if that's what you were looking for.
