It allows you to position your monitor at eye level, which reduces neck/back strain and pain from lengthy sessions in front of the computer.This mount attaches to the edge of a desk, table, or other horizontal surface with a thickness between 0.087"~2.25". It has a 14.5" jointed extention arm, which allows you to position your monitor at exactly the right heigh , angle , and distance . The monitor can be tilted and rotated, allowing for easy conversion between landscape and portrait mode on the monitor. It fits monitors weighing up to 33 lbs., with either 50x50 , 75x75 or 100x100 VESA mounting patterns.
