What size PSU is best for this board?

600W or better.  Preferably, silver or gold.  Don't go cheap on a power supply with this flagship board.  I hope this helps.

Question 2

So i have a sata ssd installed on this board freshly. When the bios booted it said i need to do a first time set up and all that. When i did the ssd does not show up. Im not sure why i would need to do this anyways. The ssd already has windows on it etc.... its from my old system, but the ssd is not showing up in the bios. Any ideas on what i did wrong or what i need to do?

Usually with windows as you are using new hardware windows wont recognize the hardware so you will have to reinstall windows fresh. Depending on the SSD you are using it initially wont show up as a device on your mobo so you will want to boot with the ssd being your only storage device with either a usb or disk windows install and go from there.

Question 3

Thinking about purchasing this board. Is anyone running Corsair Vengeance ddr4 rgb pro 2x16gb 3200mhz? Success? CMW32GX4M2C3200C16 is the QVL code but i could not find it on the Asus site. also does this board support XMP?

I have 4x Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro for 64GB (4x16GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) C16 and a AMD Ryzen 9 3900X - works fine (though I may regret the 3200 vs. 3600 for optimizing my Ryzen 9).  You do have to change the BIOS from default to make the memory run full speed.

Question 4

This mb has connectors for w_pump, w_flow, w_in, and w_out. Is there a guide somewhere that tells me why and how to use these? Can an AIO cooler use any of these connectors?

W_PUMP+ is just a 4 pin fan header that can handle 3 amps/up to 36 Watts of power.  It will work for the pump on an AIO.  There is also an AIO_PUMP header that is also 4 pin, but it's only rated for 1 amp/12 Watts.  Both of these can be adjusted with Q Fan control.  There is also a H_AMP header on the board that has the same rating as W_PUMP+ and can be controlled with Q Fan control.  There is no AIO that I know of that would draw too much juice for the W_PUMP+ or H_AMP fan headers, so I would use one of those.  W_FLOW is a 3 pin header for an inline water flow meter if you are water cooling.  W_IN and W_OUT are both 2 pin ports for a temperature probes to measure temperature.  You could use one for a probe before the radiator and one after.  There is a third 2 pin port for a temperature probe called T_SENSOR.  All 3 are essentially the same thing.  I'm using the W_IN to measure coolant temperature in my loop.

Question 5

in the back panel view a USB 3.2 type C port is shown, but in the specs it is not listed.  So, does it or does it not have the type C port on the rear panel?

Yes it does, Right below the one of the Red Usb's under the 2nd Network port, just above the Digital Optical Out port.

Where is the second M.2 slot? In the pictures, I only see one just beneath the middle PCI-e slot.

The first M.2 slot is located under the 'republic of gamers' cover above the first PCIe slot. And the second is located between the 2nd and 3rd PCIe slots. I hope this helps, GL, stay well :)

Can you mount wifi adapter to this motherboard?

There is no dedicated connector for a wi-fi module.  A PCI-e adapter will work.

Does this motherboard support RAID 0 on the M.2 drive ports?

If you visit the support page on the ASUS website you can download the latest QVL (qualified vendor list) which will tell you which RAM they have tested.  It's a little involved with the x570 boards as some modules/specs work in pairs but not quads.

FWIW, I'm using 64GB (4 X 16) of Corsair Vengance LPX 3200 CAS 16 and the machine is solid.

Note however that while it's on the QVL,  any memory setting that varies from either AUTO or C.P.O.D. profile 1 results in the board failing to initialize.  That's probably a BIOS issue.  If you're looking to overclock you might want to wait until the BIOS settles or try something else.
