The METALLIQ series from Thermal Hero offers liquid metal made of gallium indium for extremely high cooling performance. Rapid heat dissipation at high temperatures. Care must be taken when applying as it is electrically conductive. Ideal for fast cooling at high CPU temperatures, but requires specific application instructions.
APPLICATION QUANTITIES: Small CPUs (LGA 11xx, LGA12xx, AM4, FM2+): 1g for approx. 3-4 applications, 2g for approx. 7-8 applications, 5g for approx. 15-20 applications. Large CPUs (LGA 20xx, TR4, Server): approx. 1g for 1-2 applications, 2g for 2-4 applications, 5g for 5-10 applications.
