The ION Pro Glow Express IPA156 is a portable 150-watt Bluetooth speaker with an 8-inch woofer, multicolor beat-synced lights, and an included microphone, making it a fit for parties, small events, and karaoke.
Recommended For
- Families or friends hosting casual karaoke nights who want a microphone included, adjustable mic volume, and an echo effect without assembling a separate audio setup.
- Hosts of small parties or get-togethers who want Bluetooth music, visible lighting effects, and a microphone for announcements or sing-alongs from one speaker.
- People setting up music in a garage, community room, or similar space with access to an outlet who want a handle-equipped speaker that can also play USB or AUX audio.
- Users who want to expand sound across a room by linking a second Pro Glow Express and playing music in stereo.
Real-World Use Scenarios
- For a family karaoke night at home, stream songs from a phone and use the included wired microphone; the speaker’s mic echo adds a vocal effect, while separate music and mic adjustments help balance the mix.
- At a small get-together in a garage or backyard, play music from a phone over Bluetooth and use the changing woofer lights for a visible party effect; plan to place the speaker near an AC outlet because it needs a power connection.
- For a group fitness class in a room with access to power, connect a phone for the music and use the microphone for spoken cues; the handle makes it easier to move the speaker between class locations.
- When hosting a casual gathering or small activity, use the microphone for brief announcements and switch back to Bluetooth music afterward; this combines speech and playback without setting up a separate PA and music speaker.
- For a wider listening setup at a gathering, link two Pro Glow Express speakers wirelessly and play music from one Bluetooth-connected phone; the speakers operate as left and right channels, though both still need access to power.
