Bluetooth Transmitter with Optical Output
1. Our BTI-038 supports Low latency SBC audio code and the audio delay is about 70ms, But if the customer's Bluetooth Headphones don't support Low latency SBC, the audio delay will be about 220ms, Even so, for most customers, this delay is acceptable.
2. We recommend:
1) When using a broken link, try to use a single link instead of a double link.
2) Please replace the Bluetooth headset and pair it with BTI-038 for use.
3) Pleasse consider using the BTWH-038 kit to solve this problem.
Warm TIPS:
- When you connect BTI-038 and TV with digital optical audio cables, an important operation needs to be performed, which is to set the TV audio format. As BTI-038 does not support DOLBY/DTS audio format, it is necessary to change the TV audio output format to PCM/LPCM or turn off the TV DOLBY/DTS audio format.
- It is recommended to connect the BTI-038 to the Bluetooth headphones before turning on the TV, or turn off the Bluetooth of the TV and then put the BTI-038 into the pairing mode with the headset. The TV's Bluetooth interferes with product pairing.
- Please make sure the Bluetooth range of this BTI-038 is within 33 feet/10 meters. As you gradually reach this boundary, the sound will become intermittent, and beyond this distance, the Bluetooth will disconnect. The operating range may be affected by physical obstacles such as Wi Fi routers, wireless TV adapters, walls, metal obstacles, and also depends on the receiving device.
