- Blu-ray disc has a limited number of read/write cycles. If scratched, the data might not be able to be read.
- This is not a wifi blue ray player.
- This player supports:
- Blu-ray Discs: Region A (marked with "A" or "1" on disc packaging).
- DVDs: Region 1 (USA/Canada) or region-free DVDs.
- CDs: All commercial audio CDs (CD-DA).
Q: Can it play European (Region B) or Asian (Region C) Blu-ray discs? A: No. This is a Region A player. Attempting to play Region B/C discs will display an error ("Wrong region code").
Q: Does it support 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray discs? A: No. This is a 1080p Full HD player and cannot play 4K UHD discs.
Q: What USB drive formats are compatible? A: Only FAT32-formatted USB drives (up to 128GB). NTFS or exFAT drives will not be recognized.
Q: The player stops working after 30 minutes. What’s wrong? A: This may indicate overheating:
- Ensure ventilation (keep 10cm space around the player). Avoid stacking other devices on top.
