Yes, I have a Ryzen 7900 in my X600 and it is working fine. As mentioned by others, however, the stock cooler does not fit. I had to purchase a separate one. I went with the Thermalright AXP90-X47 Full Cooper which fits and works very nicely.

I just did a Steam build with the X600 and the best card/fit I found was PowerColor Reaper AMD 9060 XT 16GB which is TIGHT at 200mm. I'm using a very low profile CPU fan and I still had to put the GPU in before the RAM to squeeze it into the case. I shopped around and reviewed GPU length on dozens of cards. I couldn't find another that matched the performance + size for this build. Anything longer than 200mm will NOT fit.
