2.Always measure on the same arm (typically the left arm).

3.Remove tight clothing from the upper arm before measurement.

4.Remain still during measurement; avoid talking or moving.

Correct Blood Pressure Measurement Steps:

1.Wrap the cuff around the left upper arm;

2.Position the cuff approximately 23 cm above the elbow;

3.Leave a two-finger width gap between the cuff and arm;

4.Rest arm flat on a table with palm facing upward, ensuring the cuff is level with the heart;

5.Start the measurement program to obtain results.
