Can I upgrade the memory on this desktop?

Although the motherboard has two empty slots to accommodate 4 ram sticks up to 256, this does not tell the entire story. The 32 gb (2 sticks) that come with the computer is DDR 5 6000 and is a fast ram. However, there are issues if you want to upgrade to 64 gb by adding two more sticks. I tried and could not get it to work. I called MSI technical support and they told me that there are issues with the new ram and the CPU speed. He said in order to upgrade you should buy two 32 gb sticks for two slots. So if you want 64 gb, buy it with the machine. Adding more ram afterwards creates timing and latency issues because the technology is not there yet.
