AJMRTC Power Management HAT (B) is a dedicated power management expansion board for Raspberry Pi. It enables simultaneous charging and power output, acting as an uninterruptible power supply for your Raspberry Pi. When external power drops, it seamlessly switches to battery power to avoid unexpected shutdown and data loss. It comes with an embedded PCF8523 RTC chip to retain precise timestamp without internet. Powered by onboard RP2040 MCU and MP28167-A buck-boost chip, it delivers fast load transient response and real-time monitoring of voltage, current and power consumption. Multiple protection circuits prevent reverse connection, counter-current, overcharge and over-discharge damage. The programmable user button supports safe shutdown, power on/off and custom script triggers. Standard 40PIN GPIO design allows stacking other HAT modules. Great for remote monitoring, field IoT, data logging and unattended Raspberry Pi applications. Raspberry Pi and lithium batteries are not included.
