Why isn't the remote control working?
The remote control requires 3 AAA batteries (batteries not included).
How do I pair the remote control with the controller?
First, connect the power supply, the RGB Controller, and the RGB LED strip,Within 5 seconds of turning on the power, press and hold the power button on the remote for 2 seconds. The LED strip will flash, indicating successful pairing.
