A: This happens if the video resolution is too high. The device supports standard MP4 and MOV formats up to 1080p (1920x1080). It does not support 4K videos. If your video is 4K or larger than 256MB, please use a free online video compressor (like CloudConvert) to reduce it to 1080p or 720p. It will look perfectly sharp on the 4.3-inch screen.

Q: Can I use videos recorded on my iPhone?

A: Yes! iPhone .mov files are completely compatible. Just drag and drop them directly into the device. Vertical videos (9:16) will play automatically with black bars on the sides to preserve the original image quality. Q: How do I control the order in which my videos play? A: The device plays files in numerical/alphabetical order. To set a specific playlist, simply rename your files with numbers at the beginning (for example: 1_birthday_wishes.mp4, 2_family_song.mp4).

Q: I need more space. Can I format the drive?
