What size bed is this? I'm looking for a scanner that takes an 8 1/2 x 14" paper or larger

Will this save in jpeg format for photoes?

The Photo Scan mode has options for JPG, TIF, and PNG, in the software.

I have USB 2.0 & 3.0 but I cannot find out if they are type C. How can I tell? If they are not type C can I use an AC 110 volt power cord?

Type C describes the connector on the scanner. The cable provided has Type C on one end and the familiar Type A on the other for you to plug into your computer. There is no provision for an AC adaptor. -David

Can this scanner scan 35 mm slides? Does it come with frames to hold slides and negatives? If so, what size slides and negatives?

No, it will scan the slides but they are far to small for any detail. No on the frames.
