I don't see much detail about the item. One of the pictures you are showing is a laptop. 1. Is it a refurbished or new projector? 2. Do I get a manufacturer's warranty?

No Manufacturer warrand but we do offer 90 day warranty through Newegg. This is a new projector. Thank you for letting us know about the picture. We are notifying the correct department to address this.
