I am trying to order a Reasonable 3 in 1 printer/copier fax.....Does the HP 1510 Deskjet have fax capabilities? 
Also what number refills and cost for the refills.
And  if you can recommend any others?

does this come with ink cartridges?

I am fairly certain it came with the regular black and color cartridges, not the XL types, though. I bought it 10 months ago, and it does the job. An upgrade of this model has wireless capability.

I generally would assume all printers come with cartridges so that one starts using them and then buys new cArtridges, as that is where money can be made.

Hi , newgg passed your question on to me because I bought one about a year ago. 
 Unfortunately, I cannot give you an answer as I do not have Windows 10 . It had not been released when Ii bought it .
 I have used thsi printer with Macs and Windows 8.1. It worked and is useful for quick prints. I do have issues when iImake copies of items that are smaller than 8 1/2 x 11like CD bookelts. . The uncovered area often has a darker shadow. 
But, given tst price it works great.

yes it does. This is a light duty printer, and ink can be pricey. If you do a lot of printing, laser is the way to go.
