The super-soft, conformable gel cushions replace worn or damaged rings and provide enhanced comfort during long hours of wear, and they click into place on compatible 3M WorkTunes and Peltor Sport hearing protectors.

Worn cushions can weaken the seal against your head and let noise leak in. 3M recommends replacing foam liners and cushions at least twice a year, or sooner if damaged, to maintain acceptable noise reduction, hygiene and comfort.

1. Pull the foam insert out of each ear cup and set it aside.
2. Grip the old cushion by its plastic ring base and pop the entire base out of the ear cup. Do not pry the foam cushion off the base; the base snaps tightly into the cup and may take a lot of effort to remove.
3. Reinsert the foam insert into each ear cup.
4. Line up the new gel cushion's base with the ear cup and press firmly around the edge until it clicks into place all the way around.
5. Check that the cushion is seated evenly with no gaps before use.
