Does it come with MS Office?

My SurfaceBook Pro did not come with Office installed, but it did include Office365, which allowed me to subscribe to Office using my Microsoft Windows 10 account. With my annual subscription, I was able to install the entire suite of Office 2016 applications. Please note, the pricing for an annual subscription to Office365 is VERY reasonable compared to buying the latest version of office. The subscription includes automatic upgrades to each new version of Office products. I highly recommend the Office365 subscription for Windows 10, and especially for Surface products, because of the Windows Pen integration.

So is this new or refurbished? And what is the warranty on it?

It looks like this item is supposed to be new, but I just received mine and it is definitely a refurb. A bit disappointing and if I wad wanted a used system I would have gotten one far cheaper. Not sure if I am going to return at this point.
