It can be calibrated fully automatically, and with a single click, automatic laser focus verification and material recognition can be initiated, so that material thickness can be configured and positioning can be accomplished truthfully without the need to manually adjust any of the modules. Independent optical height measurement can quickly and accurately measure three-dimensional grids without physical contact, which makes it possible to process precise curved surfaces by laser. Ultra-high precision vision encoding boards, combined with 5um resolution optical measurements allow the H2D to achieve consistent, reliable, distance-independent 50um motion accuracy across the entire workspace, an order of magnitude more accurate than its predecessor.
With an extra-large workspace, freedom from size limitations, and a maximum molded volume of 350mm x 320mm x 325mm*, it's never been easier to create large-sized works! From laser engraving on large objects to printing oversized models, everything becomes wider, despite the passion for creation. The H2D is equipped with an AI nozzle camera with macro lens. The intelligent monitoring system continuously tracks the extrusion status and instantly detects consumable buildup, consumable extrusion deviations and extrusion faults.
Before each job, H2D's vision system initiates a comprehensive pre-print check: Cabin clutter scan to ensure that the cabin is free of foreign objects. Hardware configuration scan to identify nozzle type and print plate type. Cross-check to identify hardware specifications and compare with current slice parameters to ensure consistency and avoid printing errors.
