2. Our side glow cable diameter within 1.5-16mm, end glow cable diameter within 0.5-2mm. if you think it is end glow fiber optic cable please check their diameter and contact us.

3. Side glow cables optical loss is much more than the end glow so please don't use same power of light source to compare with. Because the optical loss is more much bigger. The light source need to be more powerful.

Usually 1.5W light source(12v power supply) in one end to provide light, the cable can be lit up about 9-16ft. If you need brighter effect please use them in both ends to provide light or use more powerful light source.
