If you read the specs max memory capacity is 32gb. So to achieve that you'd require x2 16GB sticks of RAM because it's only a dual slot MOBA. As for max frequency you'd have to check your MOBO which is really easy. Just search system information in the start/windows bar. From there just locate baseboard product/manufacturer.
