Recommended For
- PC gamers targeting high-refresh 1440p or detailed 4K play, including demanding modern games; RTX 5080 reviews identify it as a high-end card for both resolutions, while the Ryzen 7 9800X3D is aimed at gaming performance.

- Gamers who also edit video, work with motion graphics, or build projects in Unreal Engine and want a system with an RTX 5080; independent GPU testing covers these creator applications, though results vary by workload.
- Desktop users who want a full-tower gaming system with a dedicated airflow design for extended gaming sessions and have room for a large chassis.
Real-World Use Scenarios
- Playing visually demanding single-player games on a 4K monitor: the RTX 5080 is suited to high-resolution gaming, with DLSS available in supported titles to help balance image quality and frame rate; results vary by game and settings.
- Playing competitive shooters at high refresh rates: the Ryzen 7 9800X3D and RTX 5080 are a fit for chasing responsive gameplay on a high-refresh monitor, though achievable frame rates depend on the game, resolution, and settings.
- Streaming gameplay from a home setup: users can pair a game with NVIDIA Broadcast for supported microphone and camera effects, such as background-noise removal; a webcam and microphone are separate accessories.
- Using a PC VR headset for compatible games: ASUS lists this desktop as VR-ready, making it a candidate for VR play, but the headset and game requirements still determine the setup and experience.
- Editing video or working with GPU-accelerated creative software: the RTX 5080 supports NVIDIA Studio tools and accelerated creative workflows, while the 2TB SSD provides local space for applications and active projects.
