Can I see the weight value in any way?
Yes, the scale has clear LED screen and reading perspective switch function, long press the "UNIT" button to change the view. It's convenient to read whether weighing the baby/pet or yourself.
Why is my scale showing different weights each time?
A: This typically happens if the scale is moved between weighings or used on a rug. For 100% accuracy, please place it on a hard floor and wait for it to "Auto-Zero" (show 0.000) before stepping on.
The scale won't turn on after I put batteries in. Is it defective?
Please check if the small plastic insulation strip inside the battery compartment has been removed. Also, ensure the batteries are aligned with the "+" and "-" markings as guided in our manual.
