Why isn't the USB-C hub recognized?
- To use the USB-C hub, please ensure that your laptop's Type-C port is Thunderbolt 3/4 or supports DP Alt Mode.
- Please charge your laptop via the USB-C hub's PD port before use.
About the USB-C hub's PD port:
Both USB-C ports do not support video output.
The PD port (charging symbol) does not support data transfer.
The USB-C port (data symbol) does not support charging.
If your laptop is charging slowly or not at all when connected to the PD port, here are some possible solutions:
If the original Type-C charger is 45W or less, we recommend using a Type-C charger with 65W or more when connecting to our hub.
If the display doesn't appear when connected to the HDMI port, please try the following solutions:
- Please check if your laptop's USB-C port supports display output.
- Check the HDMI cable connection.
- Try replacing it with a different HDMI cable.
- Please connect a 65W or higher PD USB-C charger.
Does the USB-C hub generate heat during operation?
The product may generate heat during operation, but temperatures below 52 degrees Celsius are normal.
The product operates within its normal temperature range and will return to normal temperature after charging.
