Note: Dual 4K@60Hz requires DP 1.4. DP 1.2 supports single 4K@60Hz or dual 4K@30Hz only. Ensure your monitor and cable support 4K@60Hz, and keep cable length within 6.5ft.

Please Note: This docking station is not compatible with all USB-C ports. Make sure your laptop or PC supports video output via Thunderbolt 3/Thunderbolt 4 or DP Alt Mode, as this will determine whether the video output ports function properly.
