i'm not a professional computer builder but as far as i know, i don't see any way you can fit GPU sideways in this case.
you can put fans in variety of positions, use liquid cooling vs regular cooler, and diff spots for SDD/HDD and even put PSU in diff positions or sideways but i didn't see any way you can put the GPU sideways.  it only fits one way only
